The hotel rooms are very spacious and well-equipped with amenities, but there was a delay of 45 minutes for the room to be ready, and some areas were dirty behind the sofas. The service was friendly overall, but there were issues with communication and handling change. The location is convenient for exploring the city, near various attractions, but could be noisy due to proximity to a mosque. The dining experience leaned towards Tanzanian cuisine and lacked variety at times. The facilities were decent with some room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, big, and clean, offering a spacious area with both bathtub and shower and plenty of toiletries. However, on the second day, the system in the room crashed with just a single touch, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel's pricing could be more competitive considering the numerous options available in DAR.
